Year 4's trip to Little Moreton Hall

Year 4 have had a fantastic day at Litte Moreton Hall. We have learnt about how the Tudors used herbs and spices to treat and prevent, and made our own 'tuzzy muzzy' to keep those bad smells away! It was fascinating finding out how the house was built, learning about the various joints the builders used and the markings they made on the wood.

Well done to all of the children, who have been a pleasure to take on the trip. Their behaviour was impeccable and it was lovely to hear the Moreton Hall staff praising the children on how much they had listened and learnt from the visit.
