Early Intervention Family Support Worker
On Thursday 20 May 2010, Alison Jack our cluster Early Intervention Family Support Worker will be in school from 9.00am. Also avilable during the morning will be our School Nurse Jill Burrows, Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School Nurse Steve and the high schools transition co-ordinator Claire Bailey. The focus of the morning is Transition, this will include transition from reception class to year 1, year 2 to year 3 and year 6 to high school.
