School Vision

Flourishing Together

Our school vision is based in Romans 12:3-9 and 1 Corinthians 12:12-27. Following the example of Jesus, the apostle Paul travelled widely and taught many, and we understand that these lessons remain important today. With Jesus as our greatest teacher, at Brereton, our curriculum, policies and practice are designed so that all individuals, regardless of background,  understand themselves and others;  develop their God-given gifts and flourish emotionally, spiritually and academically. Through a focus on personal development, a broad and ambitious curriculum and global links we nurture these gifts, understanding that, together, they strengthen our community: the One Body of Christ.

Throughout their time at Brereton, we aim for all children and adults to know themselves, their relationship with others and their relationship with the World. We want children to understand and develop their unique gifts and talents knowing that they can contribute to a community and draw strength from others.
