Evening all,
We have arrived safely in York and started our Viking adenture. Today, we visited Murton Park to experience the everyday lives of Vikings. This involed dressing as Vikings, sculpting clay oil lamps, playing Vikings board games, sketching Viking artefacts and taking part in battle tactic training. After dinner, we took a walk from our accomodation to the racecourse before having free time. The children are now enjoying a movie before bed.
